Following the success of their 2023 show The Wedding Singer, Inverness Musical Theatre are proud to present Made in Dagenham! Based on the acclaimed 2010 film of the same name, Made in Dagenham dramatises the inspiring events of the 1968 sewing machinists’ strike at the Ford factory in Dagenham, Essex – events which heavily influenced the drafting of the Equal Pay Act of 1970. Follow the leader of the strike, Rita O’Grady, as she risks family and friendships in the fight for equal pay, respect and gender equality.
